[Q] Headphone jack not working anymore

Hi Everyone,

my headphone jack is broken. It does not recognize anymore if I plug in a headphone. Besides that I always had problems with the sound coming out of the headphones. It was distorted. And when I used some headphones with a microphone, people complained that they do not hear me.

So my questions are: Does anyone encounter the same problem? Does anyone have any suggestions how I might fix that? I think it is a Hardware issue but could it be a software issue, too?
